Overview To provide a high standard of service to the customer. Dealing with the sales team, customers, and maintaining timely execution of approved orders in coordination with the warehouse team. Having weekly review meetings with the sales and warehouse teams and following up for completion of orders.
Responsibilities - Execution of approved orders on a timely basis in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Sales team: ensure proper, timely teamwork from all the team members.
- Generate timely reports and regular follow‑ups with respective team members.
- Having regular meetings with concerned team members for timely execution of approved orders.
- Familiar with laws, regulations and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics.
- Good computer skills, especially working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and SAP preferable.
