**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience working on technology policy issues within government, think tanks, public interest groups, or industry associations.
+ Experience within state and local government.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience executing legislative agendas at the US state level.
+ Experience in policy development and strategies.
+ Ability to identify insights and communicate technology policy issues.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.
