Job Description
The Manager – Performance Planning & Policies is responsible for developing, governing, and maintaining HR policies across AD Ports Group, ensuring all policies are supported by robust automated digital systems. The role provides strategic oversight in aligning local policies with global standards and drives digital transformation to enhance compliance, employee experience, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full creation, review, revision, and governance of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure policies comply with UAE legislation, Group governance requirements, regulatory bodies, and audit expectations.
- Embed clarity of roles, responsibilities, approval authorities, and controls within all policies.
- Manage policy consultation, alignment, and validation with Legal, Compliance, Risk, HRBPs, and leadership stakeholders.
