Talent Acquisition - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective role‑specific hiring strategies.
- Manage sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination and offer processes with speed and professionalism.
- Ensure a positive, consistent and efficient candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
Onboarding & Employee Experience - Oversee onboarding processes to ensure every new hire integrates smoothly, confidently and quickly into their role.
- Manage onboarding plans, documentation and cross‑team coordination to create a structured first‑day‑to‑first‑month experience.
- Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction and workplace experience across the organisation.
