Manager, People & Culture Business Partner
Position Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership
- Primary partner to designated business units.
- Partner with business function leaders to understand strategic business priorities and develop corresponding people plans.
- Translate business needs into people solutions in areas such as workforce planning, succession, and capability building.
- Provide insights on organization structure, manpower optimization, and workforce productivity.
- Talent & Performance Management
- Support leaders to facilitate performance management cycle, calibration, and talent reviews.
- Facilitate job grading evaluation and calibration with Regional Compensation & Benefit team and leaders.
