Mondrian Abu Dhabi is preparing for an exciting opening and we are looking for an experienced Manager People & Culture to help build and shape the organizational culture during the pre‑opening. This key role you will support the Director of People & Culture in developing and maintaining an exceptional workplace environment focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and performance management.
