Lead and manage Organization Design and Workforce Planning engagements and/or multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage client relationships day-to-day, including senior stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and expectation management.
Drive organization design solutioning: define design principles, develop and evaluate structure options, refine governance and decision rights, and oversee role profiling.
Lead strategic workforce planning and shaping initiatives including demand/supply modelling, capacity planning, skills/capability planning, and scenario analysis.
Oversee data-driven analysis, benchmarking, and synthesis of insights into clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
Plan and facilitate workshops with client leadership; structure discussions to achieve alignment and decisions.
