The Manager, Payroll is responsible for compliance, administration, and general accounting activities for LATAM payroll. Provides oversight and coordinates with regional payroll teams to ensure consistent payroll procedures and corporate standards. Works with internal and external resources to administer and process payroll for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Uruguay. Supervises the administration of existing employees' payroll. Develops cost control procedures to assure payroll efficiencies. Ensures all payroll processing activities are completed in accordance with published schedules, such that employees receive timely payment and accounts can be closed for financial reporting.
