Organizes and directs the preparation of the weekly cover forecasts for all outlet, coordinates staffing and sets up changes in Food & Beverage areas as determined from the review and analysis of the weekly forecast.
Supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.
Supervises and coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
Manages the day-to-day operation of outlets in accordance with established SOP.
Maintains effective communication with all outlets and kitchens to follow-up, feedback and consistently maintains high product and service standards.
Supervises, coordinates and follows up on monthly inventories.
Assists in the operation during service time.
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
