Job Summary
The Manager, Order Management and Sales Support will manage and leads Sales Support, Customer Support and Order Management Teams in a fast paced environment.

• Provide daily leadership, prioritize workloads, and assign responsibilities across the Sales Support, Customer Support, and Order Management teams.
• Develop and track key performance metrics, measure results against established goals, and ensure team members are accountable for delivering high-quality, timely outcomes.
• Lead process optimization initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and applying Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
