Position Overview
Oracle HCM Benefits & Absence Implementation Leader - U.S. or Canada Responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence modules across all phases of implementation including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
This role serves as a functional subject‑matter expert in benefits plan configuration, eligibility rules, life‑event processing, accruals, and leave policies. It partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate complex benefits and absence policies into scalable, system‑driven solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. The lead also facilitates design workshops, supports testing cycles, and resolves functional issues to ensure successful solution delivery.
