This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN office.

This leadership role will oversee the team of Tech Consultants in the Transitions Management dept.

**Responsibilities** :

+ Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues. Could involve responsibility for development or delivery (or both).
