Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, the Operations Manager is responsible for managing the profitability of the front of house operations, creating an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the highest service standards while effectively managing costs. Equipped with a demonstrated track record in people management and a background in the hospitality industry, this individual will lead the front of house team to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience and achieve a high level of guest satisfaction. This role ensures adherence to all policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
