Position Overview
What the role is: As the Manager under the Operations Implementation and Management (OIM) team, you will be responsible for providing the following administrative and logistical support to the team.
What you will be working on: - Provide operational and administrative support such as pre-event planning, event day execution and post-event support to ensure smooth end-to-end conduct of events (including outreach events, career fairs, virtual career events and workshops/seminars).
- Provide targeted outreach to the database of individuals to proactively get them to participate in relevant events and activities.
- Manage vendors to provide logistics support, including pre-registration, onsite execution of event and post-event tracking.
- Monitor events’ performance, manage information and analyze trends.
