As the Manager under the Operations Implementation and Management (OIM) team, you will be responsible for providing the following administrative and logistical support to the team.

• Provide operational and administrative support such as pre-event planning, event day execution and post-event support to ensure smooth end-to-end conduct of events (including outreach events, career fairs, virtual career events and workshops/seminars).
• Provide targeted outreach to the database of individuals to proactively get them to participate in relevant events and activities.
• Manage vendors to provide logistics support, including pre-registration, onsite execution of event and post-event tracking.
• Monitor events’ performance, manage information and analyze trends.
