Be a member of the OM team for the day‑to‑day operations and management of office building, facilities, security, projects, and office space planning in AGC.
Oversee and manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) vendor and administer the contract to ensure maintenance of the office premises is efficiently managed and in accordance with contract requirements.
Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and goods/services are delivered in accordance with the service agreements.
Manage current processes and systems; develop and execute improvement plans to enhance operations and internal stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
Oversee the management of office equipment and furniture, maintenance of mechanical and electrical services/systems, fire protection system, VOIP systems, AVVC system, and facilities operations with the in‑house IFM, including service requests and fault reporting.
