Position Overview
- Assist in all transportation needs not excluding any private VIP transfers or needs from other departments or locations
- Oversee daily transportation and scheduling of drivers and vehicles.
- Maintain all registration, maintenance, cleaning and execution of all bookings created as requested.
- Ensuring that items needed for RED are cleared, sourced and/or delivered to their respective locations.
- Day‑to‑day management of ground based group and transient transportation
- Assistance with purchasing, logistics and licensing of vehicles
- Hiring, training and compliance of drivers
- Management of any sub‑vendor relationship
- Coordination of group and transient guest movements including airport meet and greets and hotel arrivals and departures
- Driving vehicles as necessary
- Execute island tours and site visits as assigned
