We’re supporting the search for a Manager of Technical Architecture to join a growing Managed Services organization in a highly impactful, leadership-facing role.

What you will do:

• Act as the senior technical escalation point for high‑priority client issues, driving rapid assessment and resolution
• Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans for Service Desk, Network Operations, and Project teams
• Lead and mentor a team of technical managers across Professional Services, Service Desk, Network Operations, and Procurement
