We’re supporting the search for a Manager of Technical Architecture to join a growing Managed Services organization in a highly impactful, leadership-facing role.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys stepping into complex technical challenges, and can elevate both the technical function and overall operational maturity of an MSP.
What you will do:
Act as the senior technical escalation point for high‑priority client issues, driving rapid assessment and resolution
Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans for Service Desk, Network Operations, and Project teams
Lead and mentor a team of technical managers across Professional Services, Service Desk, Network Operations, and Procurement
Partner with senior leadership to align technical capabilities with business growth and expansion goals
