**UW Medical Center - Montlake – Emergency Department Registration/Admitting** has an outstanding opportunity to hire a **Manager of Program Operations.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**

+ 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
+ Monday – Friday
+ Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

+ Provide operational leadership for Emergency Department Registration and Admitting at Montlake Hospital.
+ Ensures efficient, accurate, and compassionate patient intake experiences while supporting revenue cycle integrity and regulatory compliance.
+ Leads teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and collaborates across departments to drive continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.
