Join Hospice Niagara as the Manager of Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations. This full-time leader will oversee HR functions and employee relations in a nonprofit setting.
In this permanent role, you will lead employee relations and ensure compliance in HR operations, reporting to the Associate Executive Director. With a strong focus on performance management and workplace culture, you will collaborate with various leaders to support HR initiatives effectively. Your extensive HR experience is crucial for resolving workplace concerns and mentoring other staff.

• Manage workplace grievances and investigation processes
• Draft and apply organizational HR policies and guidelines
