**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Manager, Nursing Surgery, you will help our nursing staff and surgical team deliver exceptional patient care and optimize clinical operations within the surgical department so they can ensure positive patient outcomes, maintain high standards of safety, and foster a continuous learning environment.

Every day you will manage the resources and daily activities of the surgical nursing department, ensuring that environmental factors and operational processes consistently support the highest standards of patient care.
