Lead MICE activities to plan, organize and coordinate all aspects of Meetings, Conferences and Events in India and worldwide for relevant stake holders, aligned to overall objectives of the Business Units in Alkem, within defined budgets, and ensure that the team delivers a unique experience to the delegates. MICE caters to Health Care Practitioner engagement & employee group bookings
Prepare the Annual Budget for Meetings, Conferences and Events in consultation with Business Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations and to accomplish volume consolidation
Develop Strategic partnership with various Service Providers implementing the Internal objectives and sign-off cost-effective Annual contracts with various agencies who support in organizing Meetings, Conferences and Events
