**Job Description**
The Manager, Member Marketing & Sales Support is responsible for planning and executing member-facing marketing programs that drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and healthcare program adoption, while also delivering marketing support for Sales and distribution partners. This role translates strategy into action—owning day-to-day execution, performance optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
**What You’ll Do**
**Member Lifecycle Marketing**
+ Execute onboarding and re-onboarding programs that improve early engagement and reduce churn risk.
+ Manage lifecycle communications supporting engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
