The role focuses on engaging members, explaining scheme rules and benefits, supporting employer HR teams, and ensuring members understand their options and entitlements. The consultant will travel regularly to employer sites nationally and act as a subject-matter specialist on medical aid products, rather than focusing on administration.
Facilitate on-site and virtual member induction and training sessions for new joiners, annual option changes, and wellness events.
