Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Channel Optimization and Performance
- Evaluate performance across channels to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data and insights to recommend changes to channel strategy, execution, and investment.
- Support continuous optimization through testing, measurement, and iteration.
- Experience working with the Adobe suite of products, marketing automation platforms, and Salesforce.
- Use Case Development and Progression
- Write clear, structured use cases that define the problem, objective, value, and requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine use cases and ensure shared understanding.
- Standardize how use cases are documented, evaluated, and prioritized.
- Actively shepherds use cases forward by coordinating with the appropriate teams, forums, and decision makers.
- Track progress, surface risks or blockers, and keep initiatives moving toward execution.
