Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily Lobby Lounge operations ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experienceMaintain thorough knowledge of food, beverage, menu offerings, and service standards, including seasonal changesEnsure full compliance with SFSMS, hygiene, food safety, and Fire & Life Safety standardsConduct regular front and backofhouse inspections to monitor service quality, cleanliness, setup, and maintenanceBuild strong guest relationships, actively gather feedback, and handle guest complaints professionally and tactfullySupport marketing initiatives through market surveys, trend analysis, and implementation of strategies to grow market shareManage and motivate the team through recruitment, rostering, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions when required
