As one of the legal representatives of the organization, perform and manage various regulatory functions and oversee legal affairs, including contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the litigation portfolio, including ongoing and potential disputes. Manage pre-litigation, arbitration matters.
To assist external counsels in providing litigation, file any cases/writ, reply statement, affidavits. Manage external counsel for complex cases or matters requiring specialized expertise.
Drafting of Legal Notice, issuing responses to notices, Cease & Desists, recovery notices, etc. Manage cases related to debt recovery, asset possession and breach of contracts.
Appear before various courts, file statements, affidavits, plaints, and file complaints.
