2. Expert knowledge of laws with practical implication of Competition law, Anti-bribery laws, Data Protection laws


3. Basic understanding of employment related legislations


4. Highly skilled in preparing the training materials for employee engagement in ethic compliance activities.


5. Understanding of employee engagement activities with creative ideas.


6. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. (including agreements like IT, Software service etc.)


7. Basic understanding of usage of platforms like O365 functionalities e.g. Forms, Powerapps etc.
