**Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Manager, Learning & Capability Building to join our Global Learning & Capability Building team.** In this role, you will collaborate closely with Global Talent, Functional Learning, Human Resources (HR) Evolution, and HRIT teams to strengthen Hyatt’s global learning ecosystem and its impact.

You will play a key role in enhancing how learning is designed, delivered, and measured—ensuring programs align to business goals, skills, and measurable outcomes. This role contributes to building capability across the organization through learning consultation, evaluation practices, and learning technology solutions.
