**Preferred Qualifications**

+ **7+ years of experience in Information Technology** with a significant focus on Supply Chain Logistics and Transportation systems.
+ **3+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity** (e.g., as a team lead, project lead, or formal manager).
+ **Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP Transportation Management (TM)** is highly preferred. Experience with SAP WM/EWM or other logistics execution systems is also beneficial.
+ Knowledge of a Route planning solution such as Descartes Route Planner and its mobile solutions is a plus.
+ Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in partnership with business, Product and PMO (Project Management Office) stakeholders.
+ A player-coach mindset with the ability to provide strong technical direction while also focusing on developing the skills and careers of your team members.
