ROLE SUMMARY



The QA Manager leads a team of Quality Engineers to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant delivery of our HealthTech platform. This role defines and executes the quality strategy, including test automation, test management, and quality governance, in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance. The manager is accountable for building scalable quality systems, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, and meeting regulatory expectations (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, HITRUST) while enabling safe releases.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Own the Quality Engineering strategy and roadmap for assigned products, ensuring it aligns with product risk, architecture, and delivery model.
