Job description

The Manager IT Infrastructure & Security owns the operational performance, security and governance of the enterprise infrastructure estate. The role leads a team of specialists and associates across server, network, cloud, virtualization, endpoint, telecom and physical-security systems, ensuring resilient operations, robust cybersecurity posture and ISMS / ISO 27001 compliance. The Manager translates technology strategy set by the CISO/CIO into executable plans, manages vendors and budgets, oversees incident and change governance, and drives continuous improvement, automation and risk reduction across the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations of the infrastructure stack – datacenter, server, storage, virtualization, network, firewall, cloud, endpoint, telecom and ELV / physical-security systems – delivering agreed availability, performance and security KPIs.
