Budget vs. Actual (BVA) Analysis: Provide granular variance analysis on IT projects, identifying cost overruns before they plateau or become systemic issues.
Unit Cost Modeling: Develop models to track the cost to serve, helping the organization understand the financial impact of specific technology stacks, infrastructure or projects.
Contract Optimization: Work with procurement to review commercial terms in Master Agreements to ensure they align with the BNM/DTS strategic tech spending & goals.
