**Job Description:**

The Senior Manager leads a team of experienced professionals within UOP’s Configuration & Process Consultancy, known as the UOP Integrated Project Solutions group or IPS. The group’s mission is to improve client value generation through complex configuration, integration, and optimization assessments that help our customers make the right investment decisions for their business. The group also helps drive UOP’s continued innovation in the Refinery of the Future (ROTF), Crude to Chemicals (COTC), Sustainability and New Product Initiatives (NPIs) or Next Big Bet (NBB) initiatives. IPS lies within our Sales organization but coordinates and collaborates with across the entire Process Technologies business unit, which consists of UOP’s broad and deep technology portfolio in refining, petrochemicals, gas processing and renewables.
