Position: Manager, Intermodal Brokerage

Pay Rate: $85k to $90k per year

Job Description:

The Manager, Intermodal Brokerage is responsible for driving the strategy and development of Forward Air’s carrier sales and operations team. This team is focused on developing long-term partnerships with carriers and building capacity for Forward Air to support and service our customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. As the Manager, you will focus internally on providing your teams with the tools they need to better connect with and develop mutually beneficial relationships with carriers. Externally, you’ll connect with carriers to understand the current market dynamics in the short run, and what Forward Air can do to better support their operations in the long run.
