This role plays a critical part in driving Quality excellence within a Distribution Center by leading process improvement initiatives and eliminating quality losses. You’ll partner closely with operations leaders to deploy Walmart Performance System (WPS) methodologies and build sustainable capabilities across teams. + Lead the use of Process Improvement tools and methods (e.g., 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, time and motion studies) to eliminate quality losses and process deviations within the Distribution Center.
+ Manage execution of top Quality loss projects, including deviation submissions to One Best Way playbooks and input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams for replication opportunities.
