The purpose

• Ensuring HSE goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
• Provides overall guidance from a HSE perspective to the project to ensure that the Project HSE Management System is established and implemented into the overall Project execution strategy.
• Close monitoring of contractors to ensure that the Project HSE objectives are met.
