Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience related to Occupational Health and Safety topics in the industrial sector, particularly in maquiladora operations.
Responsibilities
Risk identification and assessment, with the development of programs for their elimination and/or mitigation.
Development and implementation of STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare) policies to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.
Employee training and awareness through brigades and active programs involving operational staff and various response teams.
Supervision and regulatory compliance with Federal and State entities.
Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, maintaining a TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) log at the plant level.
Emergency management, submitting an emergency response plan to civil protection authorities.
