Position Overview
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To manage a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint and provide HR service and support to defined business area. Supports local HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key contact with market business leaders, managers and employees and consults on policies and procedures
- Manage employees in all people related topics, coach, guide and support line managers to be empowered around people, engagement and performance topics and decisions
- Design and execute the People Strategy in a defined area with guidance of HR leader
- Analyze HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage Change Management plans and execution of new Org Design set up
- Deliver into the talent pipeline build-up of respective support functions
