Job Summary

Looking for a Manager HR to lead the full HR and Industrial Relations (IR) function at facility. The role will manage a team of 6–7 HR professionals and report directly to the Directors. The incumbent must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/textile industrial environment and handling both strategic HR operations and union‑free or unionized IR matters.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations : Oversee recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance management, employee engagement, and exit management.
• Industrial Relations (IR) : Manage worker-management relations, handle labor inquiries, coordinate with factory compliance teams, ensure adherence to labor laws, and represent the company in any labor department proceedings....
