Job Overview

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Manager, Human Resources will provide effective and efficient HR services and administrative support to the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Nunavut. The position is accountable for HR planning, day‑to‑day operational requirements, and coordination of job evaluation, staffing, payroll transactions, employee relations, workplace health and safety, and performance and attendance management. The Manager partners with department leadership to deliver frontline HR expertise, coach managers and employees, and provide strategic analysis and decision-making support on HR initiatives.
