Position Overview
Our HRIS work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver, support, and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the organization. The team is responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing system support to enable scalable, compliant, and efficient HR processes.
About the role - you will:
Lead or project manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment, depending on project scopePartner closely with HR Business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and technical solutionsManage and guide team members to support project delivery and ongoing operationsSupport issue resolution by assessing system or process gaps and proposing appropriate solutionsAct as a key point of contact with SuccessFactors partners and SAP for ticket resolution...
