Job Summary

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to The Fertility Partners (TFP) leadership and its network of clinics across Canada. The HRBP provides guidance on people strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness to support business objectives and operational excellence.

This role works closely with the TFP network and clinic leaders, acting as a dedicated HR Business Partner to clinic managers across the network — close enough to understand their day‑to‑day realities, and skilled enough to translate those realities into pragmatic HR solutions that allow leaders to focus on patient care and clinic performance.

The Manager, HRBP plays a key role in supporting leadership capability, managing complex employee relations matters, driving talent initiatives, and ensuring HR practices align with TFP’s culture, values, and strategic priorities.
