The Manager, HR Public Relations & Employer Brand supports efforts to shape and amplify the company’s colleague experience narrative through strategic public relations, media engagement, and employer brand storytelling. Reporting to the Vice President, HR Public Relations & Employer Brand, this role helps bring the Colleague Value Proposition to life for external audiences and prospective talent through modern, high-impact PR and employer brand strategies.

This role blends strong media relations fundamentals with creativity and a social-first mindset, helping translate people strategy and leadership priorities into compelling external stories across media, social platforms, thought leadership, and industry recognition.
