Responsibilities:
Contractor & Vendor Management
Manage day-to-day administration of numerous contractors and outsourced service providers.Oversee contractor onboarding, contract creation, renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.Maintain an up-to-date repository of all contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Monitor contractor performance against service levels, KPIs, and contractual commitments.Act as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and escalations. Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies, legal standards, and procurement guidelines.Conduct periodic reviews of contractor documentation, insurance, regulatory requirements, and risk compliance.Support internal and external audits related to contractor management.
