**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Health & Safety Manager** who will lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at a large-scale research, development, and office campus in Piscataway, NJ. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving site-wide safety and environmental management systems within an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) environment. The EHS Manager will ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations while proactively reducing operational risk across the site. This role will partner closely with facilities operations, project teams, and contractors to embed a strong safety culture and drive consistent adherence to high-risk work controls. In addition to compliance oversight, the EHS Manager will lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety training initiatives.
