**Purpose**

The Manager contributes to the overall success of Global Finance, Regulatory Risk and Governance (1B), Internal Control Testing, monitoring and quality control team, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The position requires understanding of controls testing and frameworks, financial and regulatory reporting environment, and knowledge of finance and banking.
