You will contribute to core aspectsof compensation across regions, supporting alignment with our total rewardsphilosophy, market competitiveness, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Youwill work in close partnership with the Rewards team, which is instrumental inthe operational execution and continuous development of reward processes andprograms. Together, you will help ensure effective delivery, consistentstandards, and ongoing enhancement of global compensation and benefitsstructures.
