Job Summary

The Manager, Franchisee Sourcing is responsible for identifying prospective franchisees to drive growth and profitability for the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and measuring strategic marketing and lead generation plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading initiatives to expand the company's restaurant footprint. RBI follows a 5‑day, in‑office work schedule to support collaboration; candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of the Toronto, ON office.
