Job Title: Dairy Farm Manager

Type: Full-Time The Role: We are seeking a hands-on manager to oversee the daily operations of our small dairy farm, focusing on animal welfare, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Animal Care: Direct herd health programs, nutrition plans, vaccination schedules, and conception/breeding goals.
Operations: Utilize ERP software to track data and manage farm operations.
Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and educate farm employees.
Requirements:
DVM with at least 6 months of relevant experience, OR
Veterinary Assistant (VA) (or related) with at least 2 years of farm management experience.
